Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. An agreement for sale was executed between petitioner's father and the de facto complainant. The sale did not go through and de facto complainant prayed for refund of the sum advanced. It is alleged petitioner had assaulted the de facto complainant. 3.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Prakash Polley be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Signed By :
