1. Let affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept on record.
2. The petitioner has made a flurry of prayers which have presently scaled down to furnishing a copy of the deed of assignment by which the Bandhan Bank has assigned the petitioner's loan to the Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "ARCIL").
3. The petitioner was unable to show that he had ever asked for the deed of assignment from the
Bandhan Bank, respondent no. 3 and 4. The petitioner also submits that he is ready and willing to settle the loan. Petitioner is at liberty to engage with the Bandhan Bank or ARCIL to seek settlement of his loan. The petition does not warrant any order or direction.
4. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated observations.
5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
