1. The petitioners say that they have been falsely implicated. No Test Identification Parade has been held. They are in custody for more than five months. They pray for bail.

2. Learned APP draws our attention to the seizure list in the case diary. Recovery was made from all these petitioners. Huge amounts of cash, mobile phones, motorcycles etc. were recovered from these petitioners.

3. In view of the prima facie incriminating material against the petitioners and considering the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to entertain their prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. CRM (DB) 61 of 2025 is dismissed.
