1. The petitioner claims to be the nominee of the deceased Santi Ranjan Chakraborty insofar as the account maintained with the respondent bank is concerned.

2. In the course of hearing Mr. Mukherjee, merely seeks consideration of the representation dated March 27, 2024.

3. Ms. Roy Chowdhury appearing for the respondent bank agrees to such consideration by the concerned officials of the bank being the respondent no. 3 herein.

4. Let the respondent no.

dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks from date.

5. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
