Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the exit route of the petrol pump is being blocked by the adjacent land owners being the private respondents. To that effect, the petitioner earlier approached this Court and there were necessary directions.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is no obstruction at the exit route of the petrol pump as on date.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents also submits that there has been no obstruction on their part.

In spite of the aforesaid contentions, if the petitioner still submits that there is obstruction at the exit route of the petrol pump, in that case the

petitioner would inform the concerned Panchayat authorities having domain over the said area. If the Panchayat authorities find that there has been any obstruction at the exit route of the petrol pump, they would take appropriate steps by informing the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 73 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
