De facto complainant's husband had induced the petitioners and others to deposit money in a chit fund company. The monies were misappropriated. Subsequently, petitioners have falsely implicated. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. De facto complainant's husband had induced petitioners and other depositors to invest money in a chit fund company. The monies were misappropriated. Over this issue there was dispute. Possibility of false implication cannot be ruled out. Injuries are simple.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Jiten Mondal, (2) Shakti Mondal, (3) Bidhan Mondal, (4) Urmila Mondal @ Fulkumari Mondal and

(5) Madhu Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
