Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 19.12.2024 addressed to the Inspector-inCharge, Bakultala Police Station not being addressed by the concerned police station. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 4 to 11 are trying to dispossess the petitioner from its property.

The State has submitted a report which reflects that Bakultala Police Station Case No. 04/2025 dated 01.01.2025 has been registered against the respondent nos. 4 to 11. A counter case has also been registered pursuant to the complaint of respondent no.6 against the present petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 to 11 submits that the property was gifted to the Puja Committee by the erstwhile owner.

Be that as it may, this Court will not enter into the zone of right, title, interest and possession of any property. The police authorities have themselves registered two cases. As such accepted position is that there is strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. The police authorities as such would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place. All efforts be put in by the police authorities so that no untoward incident results because of such inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 40 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
