Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 14.01.2025 police authorities have applied their mind and a report has been submitted before this court. Report reflects that Jagaddal PS Case No. 10/2025 dated 15.01.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the BNS.

The primary grievance of the petitioner was that pursuant to the information furnished, police authorities were not acting and/or taking relevant steps.

It has also been submitted that the petitioner happens to be a widow lady whose peaceful possession is being disturbed by the private respondents along with their associates.

Police authorities would keep a strict vigil and would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident because of the act and activities of the private respondent.

Police authorities are further directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion by putting in efforts.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 74 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
