Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of anticipatory bail directing him to meet the Officer in charge, Lalgola P.S. once in a week until further orders. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail imposed upon him by this Court on 6th January, 2025. In view of the above and also since charge sheet has been submitted, the condition of bail directing the petitioner to meet the Officer in charge, Lalgola P.S. once in a week until further orders is waived. However, other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
