In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Petitioner was granted bail after he was in custody for three years one month and has been complying with the condition imposed while granting bail on 27.02.2025 for more than 13 months.

Report submitted by the State reflects that no adverse conduct of the petitioner was detected while on bail. Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting bail on 27.02.2025 is hereby waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
