1. This is the third instance that the matter has been called on, as earlier, none appears on behalf the petitioner.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Bank produces a copy of the Certificate of 2nd September, 2025, by which it seems that the dues of the petitioner, the sole proprietress of M/s. Divya Traders, has been duly settled and there is no existing dues in the captioned Account.

3. Let the copy of the Certificate dated 2nd September, 2025, be kept on record.

4. In view of the aforestated, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
