Petitioners contend there was a dispute over parking of a motorcycle and they have been falsely implicated. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State and de facto complainant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. A dispute cropped up over parking of a motorcycle. Victim had been brutally assaulted. He suffered fracture injury and had to be operated upon.

In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
