1. We are told by learned Public Prosecutor (P.P.) that this petitioner absconded for more than two years and as a result, the trial was delayed. He was arrested with great difficulty. Learned P.P. opposes the petitioner's prayer for bail.

2. Given the conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain his prayer for bail, at this stage. If granted bail, it is highly likely that he will again disappear frustrating the trial. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected.

3. The application being CRM (NDPS) 15 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
