We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier by a co-ordinate Bench. Charge-sheet has been filed. Submission of charge-sheet crystalises accusation against the petitioner. It cannot be treated as an extenuating circumstance justifying review of the earlier order rejecting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
