On 5th January, 2026, when the matter was called on since the petitioner was not represented, the matter was posted for dismissal on 28th January, 2026. 2.

On 28th January, 2026, considering the explanation provided by the petitioner, the matter was directed to appear under the heading "Motion" in the Combined Monthly List of April, 2026.

Accordingly, when the matter was called on 21st April, 2026 since once again the petitioner remained unrepresented, the matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on 22nd April, 2026. 4.

On 22nd April, 2026, the matter was called on, however, no order was passed in absence of the parties. 5.

Since, on 28th April, 2026, at the time of call the petitioner was once again not represented, the matter was directed to appear under the heading "for dismissal" on 5th May, 2026.

Today, at the time of call the petitioner is not represented. The municipal authorities have filed a report

WPA 132 of 2025 in Court today. Let a copy of the report be taken on record. However, in absence of the petitioner this Court, without examining such report, dismisses the writ petition for default.
