Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue pending before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the State Administrative Tribunal) is being adjourned repeatedly.

We find from the copy of the orders that the matter is being adjourned for being placed before a Division Bench recording the consent of the applicant in the order sheet.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is under instruction that no such consent was granted.

If that be the position, the remedy is available to the petitioners/applicants before the State Administrative Tribunal itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be given liberty to take appropriate steps before the State Administrative Tribunal in this regard.
