Having considered that the order of bail was passed in the year 2015 and the prescribed punishment in the offence complained of is not more than seven years, I am of the view that no interference is called for in respect of the order passed by the learned ACMM-II.

Having regard to the same and the period which has passed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference is called for in respect of the impugned order.

Accordingly, CRM 12130 of 2015 is dismissed.
