Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It has been submitted by the parties that West Bengal Taxation Tribunal is the appropriate forum for adjudication of the disputes involved and the remedy sought in this writ petition.

This writ petition was filed at the time when the Tribunal was not functioning. It has been further submitted that now the Tribunal is functioning. Accordingly, department is directed to transmit the record of this matter to the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal within four weeks.

The department is to act accordingly.

WPA 29365 of 2014 is disposed of.
