1. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that there was no recovery of narcotics from the petitioner. He has been implicated on the basis of the statements of co-accused persons. He is in custody for 2 months 14 days. He prays for bail.

2. Learned State advocate tells us that 24 kgs. of Ganja (commercial quantity) was seized from the joint possession of other accused persons. Investigation is in progress. Charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. In view of the commercial quantity of narcotics being involved and primarily because investigation is not complete, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.
