1. The appeal is directed against an impugned order dated 13.11.2024 passed by a Single Bench of this Court.

2. Since the prayers in the appeal and grounds in the appeal are extremely, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same without calling for the respondents.

3. In the third line of the first paragraph of the impugned order dated 13.11.2024 the expression "15th January, 2022" shall stand corrected to read as "15th January, 2024" sent on 20th September, 2024.

4. Consequently, inaction on the part of the respondents to consider such representation cannot be two years but about two months.

5. The impugned order is hereby modified accordingly. Time granted to the respondents to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation referred to herein above is extended by a period of eight weeks from date.

6. The appellant shall communicate a copy of this order to the respondents.

7. FMA 107 of 2025 is disposed of. Consequently, all connected pending applications are also disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.
