1. None appears for the opposite party despite being served.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an unemployed and has taken shelter of her father.

3. Learned counsel submits that father of the petitioner is an old person having various ailments. Learned counsel submits that distance is around 200 kms. from the residence of the petitioner to the court where presently the petition is pending.

4. Learned counsel submits that if the petition is allowed to be continued at Family Court Tamluk, Purba Medinipur it will cause injustice.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party remains unrepresented despite being served.

6. In view of the grounds explained in the application the matrimonial suit being No. 814 of 2024 is withdrawn from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Tamluk Purba Medinipur and assigned to the Court of learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur for expeditious disposal in accordance with law.

7. Copy of the order be sent to the transferrer court and transferee court.

8. Copy of the order be served upon the opposite party.

9. This revisional application is disposed of. 10.
