1. The petitioners do not pray for any of the reliefs urged in the writ-petition. The petitioners merely seek consideration of the representation filed on 12.12.2024 with the respondent no. 4.

2. Mr. Dhar, learned senior Advocate, appearing for the respondents, however, submits that the land in question has already been vested with the State.

3. However, he has agreed that the respondent no. 4 will consider the representation of 12.12.2024 filed by the petitioners and dispose of the same by 15.01.2026 by passing a reasoned order upon giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all other necessary parties as the respondent no. 4 may deem fit and shall also communicate the decision to the petitioners within a week thereafter.

4. With the afore-stated observations, WPA 149 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
