1. The matter has been listed under the caption 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. In the order dated February 13, 2025, in paragraph 5, direction was issued to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the 3rd respondent, who is the District Magistrate, Bankura.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that direction can be issued to give a representation to the District Magistrate, Purulia, who is the 4th respondent.

4. Therefore, there will be a direction to the petitioner to give a comprehensive representation not only to the 3rd respondent but also to the 4th respondent/ District Magistrate, Purulia by appearing personally in the office of the respective District Magistrate and enclose copies of the earlier representation as well as the copy of the writ petition after which the 3rd and 4th respondents shall take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
