It is submitted by the Counsel for the respective parties that Pension Payment Order dated 3rd March, 2025 has been issued and a copy thereof has been filed in Court today. Let the same be kept with the record.

The Treasury Officer, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas shall, immediately upon receipt of this order, release the family pension and arrears to the petitioner but not later than seven days thereafter.

The petitioner shall produce all the documents of identity and the particulars of her Bank Account for the Treasury Officer to take steps as directed hereinabove.

4.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

5.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
