In view of the prayer in the writ petition, which referred to quashing the e-mail dated 24.12.2024 whereby the respondent authorities directed the petitioners to remove the temporary structure built in for protest and sit-in demonstration at Dorina Crossing, Esplanade, Kolkata, learned advocate appearing for the Staterespondents submits that the temporary structure has already been removed. Consequently, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Thus, the writ petition being WPA 31002 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
