1. Petitioner misutilized the bail granted to him in the present police case.

2. Bail was granted to him in 2014. He absconded. He was rearrested on July 2024 in the present case.

3. Considering such conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner as the possibility of absconsion remains.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM(DB) 4420 of 2024 is dismissed.
