Considering the nature of the prayer in an application under Order 39 Rule 4 of Civil Procedure Code, the trial court is directed to make all endeavours to dispose of the suit along with the application under Order 39 Rule 4 as expeditiously as possible. C.O. 4510 of 2024 stands disposed of.
