The petitioner was earlier represented by a learned advocate but has subsequently chosen to appear inperson. She has now engaged a new advocate, who have submitted that the earlier advocate-on-record has not issued "no objection".

Leave is granted to the new learned advocate for the appellant to appear and represent the appellant notwithstanding absence of "no objection" from the earlier advocate-on-record.

The appellant, who present in person, undertakes before this Court to settle the fees of the erstwhile advocate upon arrival at a reasonable amount. 4.

The appellant has given instructions in writing dated 6th February, 2025 that she does not wish to press the writ petition any further. The written instruction dated 6th February, 2025 of the petitioner addressed to his counsel is taken on record.

Hence, WPCT 354 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
