1. It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that, informal paper book as directed by the order dated January 28, 2025 could not be prepared since the respondents in the appeal did not cooperate in making over a copy of the reply.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner-respondent no.1 submits that, since the writ petition is pending, his client does not object to the impugned order being set aside and the writ petition being heard on merits.

3. Since the appellants seek setting aside of the order impugned and since the writ petitioner/respondent no.1 does not object to the same being done, we set aside the order under appeal.

4. The writ petition is pending.

5. The learned Single Judge no doubt will dispose of the writ petition on merits without being influenced by any of the observations made by us in this appeal.
