In such view of the matter, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, W.P.A. No. 30647 of 2015 along with C.A.N. 2 of 2019 stand dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

In view of the subsequent development post filing of the writ petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law, if so advised.

It is made clear that there is no adjudication on the merits of the case. Both parties are at liberty to take all points available in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
