No. 188 of 2008) corresponding to Kotwali Police Station Case No. 1 of 2008 dated 01.01.2008 under Sections 448/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code within the District of Coochbehar.

The petitioner is present in Court today. His personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

The opposite party is present before the Court. However, the learned advocate Ms. Ledia Dasgupta has not yet filed the vakalatnama in order to represent her. She is to file vakalatnama in the Court by 1.30 P.M.

Later, today she has filed the vakalatnama in the Department. The personal appearance of the opposite party No. 2 is noted and dispensed with.

The learned advocate for the State is present. Department is directed to serve copy of the evidence is to be served upon the learned advocate for the opposite party as well as State.

Let the matter be fixed on 12th April, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department, concerned police station through the learned Registrar Administration ( L & OM) for due compliance.
