The order dated September 22, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

In the last line of the paragraph no. 2 of the 1st page of the said order, the expression 'municipal corporation' shall stand corrected to read as 'South Dum Dum Municipality'.

In the last line of the paragraph no. 5 of the 2nd page of the said order, the expression 'municipal corporation' shall stand corrected to read as 'South Dum Dum Municipality'.

In the last line of the paragraph no. 27 of the 8th page of the said order, the expression 'two months' shall stand corrected to read as 'four months'. 5.

In the first line of the paragraph no. 32 of the 9th page of the said order, the expression 'In view of the dismissal of the main appeal' shall stand corrected to read as 'In view of the disposal of the main appeal'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated September 22, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
