The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding in Topsia P.S. Case No. 97/2012 dated 23.07.2012 under Section 120B/420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
