1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that there are certain inadvertent typographical errors in the order dated 7th July, 2023. In view thereof, this matter was directed to appear today in the supplementary list.

2. It is submitted that in the first page of the said order, the date of registration of the flat was wrongly recorded as "10.04.2023" instead of "10.04.2003". In the fourth page of the said order, the date of the meeting of the Committee was wrongly recorded as "02.12.2023" instead of "02.12.2013". In the fifth page of the said order, the second flat at Barrackpore Housing Complex was wrongly recorded as "PH- II" instead of "PH - I".

3. Let the aforesaid errors be rectified.

4. This order shall form part of the order dated 7th July, 2023.
