The respondent nos. 2 to 6 is represented and submits that the petitioner is deliberately avoiding service. An Affidavit of service is filed, inter-alia, evidencing that the petitioner was served by speed post and by courier, but has failed to appear. It is further submitted on behalf of the respondent that the petitioner has been enjoying an order of status quo since 2008 and is purposely avoiding the hearing of this matter.

Today, also none appears on behalf of the petitioner even in the second call nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

WPA 32181 of 2008 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.
