The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 984 of 2012 dated 15.10.2012 under Section 108 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against order dated 16.10.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Diamond Harbour corresponding to Case No. 368 of 2012.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
