A compromise petition jointly filed by the parties being CRAN 18/2023 signed by both the parties containing the disputes between the parties has been amicably settled through the intervention with the family and friends which existed for a period of 14 years based on the contentions in paragraphs 2-8 of the said application the disputes between the parties can be resolved under Section 320 Cr.P.C and it does not involve public policy.

The instant revisional application is accordingly, disposed of Proceedings being Complaint case C/1010 of 2009 pending before the 5th Court learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore is quashed.
