3.11.2022 SB Ct. No.236 CRR 4523 of 2008 In the matter of : Monoranjan Saha Mr. Sujan Chatterjee ... for the petitioner Heard Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioner. By the order dated 27.9.2022 the proceeding before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda being G.R. 2411 of 2008 arising out of Kaliachak P.S. Case No. 370 of 2008 dated 20.10.2008 under Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act was quashed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. But inadvertently direction was given to send copy of the order to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas for information instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Malda.

The aforesaid typographical mistake be removed. The server copy may also be corrected accordingly. The other portions of this order shall remain unchanged. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected. The order dated 27.9.2022 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
