Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain incurable defects and/or irregularities in the writ petition. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file a fresh application on the selfsame grounds.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.

The connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 also stands disposed of accordingly.
