Mr. Soumyajit Bhatta ....for the petitioner Matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 6th December, 2022 when Mr. Soumyajit Bhatta, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed by the concerned respondent authorities.

In view of aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioner no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
