The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceedings of Hare Street Police Station Case No. 412 dated 29.06.2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2180 of 2011 under Section 420/465/467/471 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 102/103/1-4 of the Trade Mark Act read with Sections 63/64 of the Copyright Act, 1963 pending before the Court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
