Learned counsel for the respondents is present and has placed an office order before this Court which shows that the settlement dues of the writ petitioner have been released and all his retiral benefits have been received by the petitioner. The petitioner retired on 29.02.2012. Let the said office order be made part of the record.
Considering the said fact, the present writ petition is disposed of as 'infructuous'.
There will be no order as to costs.
