Learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State submits that a Report was forwarded to the learned advocate for the State for submission of the same before the Court. However, due to inadvertence the same was not filed. He submits that the encroachment stands removed.
In such circumstances, the explanations forwarded on behalf of the State are accepted. Since the encroachment stands removed, further interference is not called for. The respondent no. 4 who is present in Court need not appear personally any further in this matter. WPA 32983 of 2013 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
