Case No. 402 of 2010 arising out of Mejia P.S.Case No. 22 of 2010 dated 11.06.2010.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed a copy of the order dated 20.8.2018 in S.C. Case No. 108 of 2018/ST No.01(04) of 2018.

Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being No. CRR 3645 of 2013 is disposed of.
