WPA 33054 of 2013 Mr. Dhilon Sengupta Mr. Sudhakar Prasad .... For the Petitioners None appears on behalf of the respondents authorities. Mr. Anil Kr. Gupta, who usually appears on behalf of the Provident Fund Authorities is directed to appear for the P.F. Authorities in this matter. His services be regularised by the appropriate Authority. The petitioners are represented and submit that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the entire dues of the Provident Fund Authorities have been paid. In this background, the petitioners submit that nothing survives in this writ petition and the same may be disposed of.

In view of the submissions of the petitioners W.P.A. 33054 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Mr. Gupta, is also directed to inform the respondents authorities of the passing of this order. Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
