The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has filed an application for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In the said application, it has been mentioned that pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties the grievance raised by the petitioners in the writ petition no more survive.

In view of the aforesaid averment, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The application being CAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
