Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. None appears on behalf of the respondent-bank. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the accounts have been settled and produced necessary documents in support of the same. He further submits that the classification of the petitioners as wilful defaulters is required to be removed from the cite of CIBIL. I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the respondent-bank is directed to immediately ensure removal of the petitioners' names from the cite of CIBIL as wilful defaulters within a period of three weeks from date.

With these observations, WPA 30357 of 2014 is disposed of.
