The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal praying for quashing of the proceeding of Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 1008 of 2012 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 4355 of 2012.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application along with CRAN 579 of 2014 stand dismissed.
