The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of proceeding in Complaint Case being C.R. Case No. 468 of 2012 under Section 323/355/447/500/506 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, siliguri, Darjeeling through the District Judge, Darjeeling dated 30.08.2023, inter alia, stated "since 30.05.2015 to 20.01.2016 complaint did not appear before this Court and on 08.04.2016 the instant case was dismissed for non prosecution". Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
