The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner to his service by setting aside the impugned order dated 15.10.2012 passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, CRPF, Pallipuram.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
